Metal piece stuck in washing machine

A metal piece stuck between the inner and outer drum of the front loader washing machine. The piece is facing the outer drum, so I can not grab it to pull it out. Most likely, we need to take the washing machine apart to get the piece out. Have tried using tools but it seems to be stuck on something between both drums . Cannot add photo as it is not visible very well.

Vijay went above and beyond to make sure my appliance was working. Extremely friendly and great workmanship. Didn't charge me any extra for the over time! Highly recommend.
