We still watch sky through an older sky box. We want to keep doing that but have moved our tv and are currently running a cable from the working sky jack in the living room. There is another jack much closer to the tv but it doesn’t currently work. We would like it to work, but are too nervous about touching the splitter under the stairs (and indeed are unsure about whether we should). The outlets/jacks also don’t look the same so I’m using a different combination of cables/extras and am not sure about whether that’s a factor!
