Install UHF aerial (and possibly some cabling and connection points)

I'd like a UHF aerial installed please, so that I can get a freeview signal. As well, I may need cabling and/or wall outlets. I already have wall outlets (see attached photo) but I am not sure if there is any cabling behind them or if they are for satellite only maybe rather than UHF aerial. Ultimately I would want to be able to connect the new aerial to a PVR which has different connection options (second picture). So it might be just a case of connecting a new aerial to cabling that is already here, OR a new aerial plus new internal cabling and wall outlets too. I would be looking for your advice on that.
