Aerial and satellite dish removal

Hi - We have an old UHF aerial and Sky dish on our roof, which we no longer use. Recently a piece fell off the UHF aerial and is lodged on the roof somewhere (the side of the building it's on does not see much foot traffic, but it's still a concern that it might fall sometime).

We'd like both of them removed and any repairs and watertightness work completed. The house is a 2 story house in Tawa with good access on all sides (concrete or wood decking) and a deck with stairs up in the rear on the top floor.

Some roof tiles are dented from previous work, so it would also be good to get up to date photos of those and check for any concerns or deterioration (and of course not damage them further if possible).
