UHF Aerial and power points

We have a single story 2 year old house with good access to the roof and attic. We are cancelling Sky TV and would like to have a UHF Aerial installed. There are coax outlets in the two rooms that we have TVs - I assume they are cabled up to the attic. We would also like to get two double power points installed in one bedroom near to where another one is installed, so that we are not having to use power boards. Would also like to get a double power point installed in the lounge near our tv - at present there is one double power point installed.
