Dismantle old chimney

The top of our unused chimney has started to crumble off so we need this job done quickly before anyone gets hurt. We'd like a quote to take the top part of the chimney away and cover over the gap with whatever is needed for the roof. We'd also like a quote to correctly install the aerial on the exterior of the house so that it doesn't dangle in the elements anymore and will look much tidier.
