TV Aerial Installation

Hi I have a satellite dish and would like to run a cable down to my TV so I can watch channels on my TV. The dish is located on the roof of the ground floor near the kitchen. the socket in the wall is also near the kitchen. My TV is in another room and I want to be able to run the cable down through the dish to the other room. I'm not sure if I need an aerial or a Freeview TV Box or if the dish is enough for me to get channels. I would like a quote on 1. cost to install aerial and run cable to the lounge 2. cost to install freeview box and run cable to the lounge 3. if a freeview box or aerial is even required and if the job can be done by just running a cable from the dish into the lounge. Cost for this please. located in flatbush. Thanks
