Aerial re-fix

The rod that the aerial is fixed to, fixed to the side of the house has broken and the aerial is hanging down too low. The rod will need to be replaced and the aerial refixed in the correct position. This is a two storey property, but acces to the aerial is good, with level access below so a long ladder should be sufficient for access. The aerial is not broken and all cabling is intact, it is just the rod that has broken.
