TV aerial installation / move the location of the aerial

I have a TV aerial wire/cord that comes down from the roof eave and in through the window which isn't very practical as the window has to always be open in this cold weather, so I would like someone to bring the aerial in through the wall and drop it down to a fixed point behind the tv so I don't have a long cord going halfway across the room. I would like it to be done as soon as available ideally. The cord is also in pretty bad shape so will need to be replaced as it is exposed in some places (pictured).
