Had someone come out before Xmas to look at this. He tested the feed coming into the house on both the downstairs and upstairs aerial ports and said they were both dead. He also said one was dish and one aerial. They were both working prior to December. He could not find tv hub (we have no attic) and said splitter could be on roof. He did not go up on roof. We have 2 level home. We have been watching tv through internet since then but it’s not ideal and would like aerial/dish problem fixed. We are home after 4pm weekdays or weekends.
