Repair of TV aerial wall connection

Hi, My Dad has recently moved into a new flat and the TV aerial wall connection appears to be damaged and I am unable to properly plug in an aerial cable or get any reception. I'm looking for someone to take a look at the connection, make any repairs and just make sure the TV/reception is up and running properly. Dad has had a stroke, is largely wheelchair bound so I am wanting to get the TV up and running in his room as quickly as possible. He's in a community living home with full time carers - so access/timing is totally flexible and they will be paying the bill (reimbursing me)
