No more scrambled pixelation on screen

We have existing roof mounted aerial, but want to get new cabling supply from the aerial to where the TV is located on ground floor. It is a single storey dwelling, with good access to roof and/or under house. We have a Panasonic DMR-XW440 Twin HD Tuner HDD 500GB drive. HDMI cable connected to a SONY TV Model No. KDL-40W600B. We believe the antennae cabling from roof aerial to the wall socket has been damaged. We can currently watch Netflix/Lightbox via our wifi hub/router but only get TVNZ1 and TV3 without pixelation. All other channels have pixelation and sound buffering/disruption. Please help :-)
