Meet Manny

Company Owner and a Builder

Having worked in the industry for over 15 years and hearing the frustrations of friends and family, I started BenAv Build to build beautiful homes in a culture that focuses on the integrity of the build, putting clients and excellent communication first.

​

Manny is experience as a carpenter by trade, managing large home renovations, extensions and new builds, as well as commercial renovations and fit outs. Working alongside architects, engineers and certifiers to help take the stress out of your project.

​

Manny is known for his integrity and trustworthiness. A problem is an opportunity for creative problem solving skills and transparent communication.

​

Holding LBP license and member of NZCB as wall as builder license from Australia and Bachelor in Economics and Management.

We work on a variety of projects including large structural building works, renovations, extensions, heritage restorations, outdoor lifestyle projects or any smaller jobs that require quality building and carpentry.
