Install New Weather Station On Roof

Remove old weather station and install new weather station on roof. The station is attached to a pole by two u-bolts so removal and installation is easy. The roof is on the second story but is shallow pitch so relatively flat. The roof can be accessed using a standard ladder (we have on available) via a wide shelf over hang above the front door.

Water Proof block wall

The water proofing layer on the outside of the garage has broken down with age so I need it replaced. There is a small gap (0.5-0.6m) between the wall and the bank so access is not very good. The garage is two story so the block wall is about 48m2. Dirt and rocks will need removed between the garage and bank first, I am looking at how to remove this separately.
