Kitchen faucet and toilet issues

Posted 14 hours ago

The toilet (probably 25 years old) is leaking water from the hose that fills the tank and it also runs continuously - never filling up the tank. The kitchen faucet (Aquatica - 3 years old) has both a spray and jet function that doesn't work. It gets stuck between the two which leaves it without much pressure and rather useless.

Two ‘boxes’ 1x 500mm high x 600mm wide x 700mm long 1 x 500mm high x 550mm wide x 650mm long – (the idea being this one will fit inside the other for travel / storage – which will depend if any framing is used to strengthen it). Slot in each side for ease of carrying. But – the bottom being open (five sided) so one will fit inside the other – and things can go inside them when being stored. Used as stage props so has to cope with a person sitting/ standing on them – but light enough to...

Conservatory roof replacement or full replacement

Posted 15 hours ago

Hi, I have a conservatory built on the 90s with poly-carbonate roof panels and aluminium joinery. The overall condition is really good, but the roof is aging and not thermally effective at all, specially in summer. Looking for options/suggestions on either replace the roof with solid thermal panels or light weight tiles, or replace the whole conservatory with new modern one or proper extension (hopefully using same foundations).
