I need a 1.0m high very old concrete block wall replaced. Part of it (in the photo it is the driveway side) is slowly falling over. Approx 4.2m L x 1.0 H. Would also like some steps puts into the wall and the whole lot rendered. After this we are going to put in a picket fence, so if you know someone or can do it yourself, that would be handy. Work is in Kingsland.

Kitchen Tap Replacement

Just need a new tap set installed in place of the old one. New taps have been ordered, and are pictured. Front is removed from the sink bench ready to go. Looking at it, bench may have to be pulled forward to access behind the taps, or may be able to be reached from underneath, I'm not sure. If easier, a second hand bench top / sink would also work if a tidier one is available.

Kitchen cupboard replacement

I need a replacement kitchen cabinet to go under the existing bench in my rental property (as the current cupboards are falling apart). It is a corner unit & the existing bench is in good condition so my preference is to just replace the cupboards under the existing bench top. The measurements are shown in the pictures attached. Hang dryer and vent it

Have a dryer that needs to be hung above my washing machine. Will orientate upside down. Vent to come out of the side of the dryer and then up through roof and out through eaves. Do not have parts for hanging or the internal external vent covers (?), but do have a bendy pipe.

Repaving of courtyard

Currently courtyard is laid brick. I will remove all of that and then need area paved with grey concrete pavers. Preferred size is 500 x 500 but not critical. Total area is 31 sq metres. Would also like to hear from tradespeople who could also construct three concrete block planter beds. I can supply plans for these and courtyard area. Will also need a central drain across courtyard to collect rainfall, and this is easily connected into existing stormwater drain off garage roof
