New window replacement - double glaze old timber windows with new frame

Hi I have old (louvre?) windows in my bungalow bathroom. They are the separate panel windows that are easily broken into and provide pretty much no insulation. I would like the windows removed and replaced with double glazing, happy with aluminium retrofit if that is much easier / cheaper in the existing timber window jamb. Our neighbours house was robbed today and they got in through the same window so a quick turnaround if possible will be appreciated. Dimensions of frame - see photos...

Dishwasher door latch broken

Our dishwasher door latch seems to have broken this we can't open our dishwasher! It's a Nouveau kitchens NVDB12SS. I've tried getting a long twisty tie to manually lift the latch but it needs something more solid I think or to be totally unscrewed.

Whenever it rains heavily, water leaks onto one of our bedroom ceilings. We have done our own amateur fixes and have replaced this corner ourselves years ago and have put sealant on the roof. We have probably neglected this too long so the damage is spreading - there is leaking now around the top of the window frame and in the walls. There is a downpipe just outside the window of this bedroom. So we were interested in the price for roof leak investigation and remedies.
