After the heavy rain this weekend - I have 2 windows (aluminium joinery with wooden sills) that were leaking. One is a bay window in the kitchen and the water was dripping from the top, where it is attached to the house. This house has two stories and has two lots of long term tenants. The top flat has an external staircase, where the hand rail needs replacing. The bottom flat had a leak which we had fixed, there is a water mark on the near surfeit, so we want to know if there is still a leak. We had also been told that the floor in the laundry near the back door, may also have a leak. These both need checking.

New plymouth gas disconnection

Our single level home has easy ceiling access/space and for ease of installation of thermostats will supply three wireless and three wired units and our main switch board has two positions available for new RCD’s. A two metre rear mounted lead with plug will be lead through to the ceiling cavity.
