Timber fence repair

Treated timber fence on our access driveway needs repair. 2 posts broke in the storm some weeks ago. The posts are in the driveway paving so that will need lifting and replacing afterwards. There is good access both sides, the neighbours are friendly. We need a quote first as it's a BC of 9 townhouses.... but we will be reasonably quick to decide as we don't want the fence to fall over in the next storm. Expoy Painted Kitchen Bench

We have had a laminated plywood kitchen benchtop made. We'd like to find someone experienced with 2 pot epoxy paint to paint this. There is one bench 900x2100mm. We'd like the sides to remain as exposed ply but protected with a clear varnish to avoid any water damage. Ideally completed this week. Bench top is not fixed in place so can either be taken offsite to complete or can be painted in our garage if easier. Photo below of the bench top as is and also photo of what we'd like it to be.

Re-Roof Me Please

Garage Rolling door - motor instalation

I have an old garage rolling door which needs to have an motor installed. I bought already the motor but, in order to be installed the garage door needs to get installed an extra Drum Bracket support which can engage the motor. The original Drum Bracket is too far away inside the Rolling door , that is why it needs the extra bracket which has to be closer to the end where the motor will be installed.

Back property behind us drains into a sinkhole then transfers to another one then that feeds into the main drain. On top of this other neighbours water poured through the retaining wall and blocked the main drain. We live lower down so basically get 3 neighbours water Drains probably need checked to make sure not blocked.
