Replace rotten exterior boards

I have a wall with a shadowclad like product on it. There is a horizontal trim at the bottom of the wall, which directly sits on a concrete step. The horizontal trim is now rotten, as is some of the shadowclad. Need to get this repaired and futureproofed to avoid rotting again in the future.

Area to scrape/level and remove soil/clay

We need our back garden and an area down the side of the fence scraped, and levelled. The soil is mostly clay, so will need to be removed. Initially, we had a tradie in last year to do this. He suggested spreading out the soil and leveling it. I didn't realize it was clay, and that it actually needed removing. The area he levelled outside the fence is more like a raised garden bed, than a flat levelled area. Would like someone round at this stage to quote. Would like references/photos of work do...

Small hole needs fixing

Kitchen tap - either needs a new bit inside or has to be replaced totally. Water runs from the main body of the tap. Laundry tap- needs to be completely replaced. On super tub. Loo - cistern keeps running/filling. Brass arm has already been replaced. All mains pressured. I will have the taps purchased, and the part for the kitchen tap. I would need the work to be done late afternoon or a Saturday morning. ASAP would be great if possible - the running loo is driving me slightly mad!...
