I need my roof replaced. It is one story, straight gable, corrugated iron. I have all the materials at my house, the roof pitch is 22 degrees. I am not interested in a shody job, i expect every single detail to comply with the NZ Builing code. If you think you can help please ask to make contact with me and let me know what your sqm rate is. The roof is 200sqm and currently fixed with old lead head nails. Cosmetic reno

2x 3brm homes, requires a cosmetic reno, a staircase to be removed with floor replaced, floors sanded, paint job inside and out. I am still negotiating this property. I will have access tomorrow morning at 9am and really hope to show a selected builder and painter around the property at the same time, for the purpose of supplying quotations.

existing deck to be removed and enlarged, waterproofing membrane over ply installed (and floating deck installed on deckjacks - by others). Area under deck will be closed, there are three 175mm wooden poles penetrating the membrane surface. Approx area 32 sq.m., slope 3-4 degree (the red/yellow area in the photo); One side of the deck is against the house, approx 10m long, exterior cladding is fibre cement weatherboard 280mm wide. Hi there. We have bought 6 high-backed beige vinyl dining chairs. The legs are a brushed aluminium/stainless steel (we think). However, we want them to be a matte multi-flecked rust/antique gold. Is this possible?! If so, how much would it cost? Also, we have a lounge suite with brown wooden painted legs (these are short approx 10cm2, and detatch from the couch). Our house is on a sloping section. We have a small section of floor that is 'soft' due to dampness (possibly moisture coming up from the clay ground below, or else leakage from the ranchslider/windows adjacent to that section of floor).
