Extractor fan purchase and installation - bathroom and kitchen

Needs tree pruning during week days

Between my fibre box and router, a cat5 cable is being used both for phone and internet, so i cannot get more than >100Mbps. I want this rewired just for internet use (presumably just needs changing the plugs and testing). Also, while you are here, will have you punch a couple of electrical sockets through walls (i.e. put electrical socket on opposite side of existing ones)

The current ’vents’ in the pictures aren’t fans and just let air into the ceiling? I.e. They’re not properly vented.

2 small fences and gates.

Brick letterbox

We have the letterbox, the left over bricks from the housebuilder and have poured the concrete pad (since taking photos). What we need is someone with the know how to build the actual letterbox pillar for us, sooner rather later, so we don't have to look at a brick stack with a letterbox sitting on top of it.
