Small Commercial Building Tiling

I am refurbishing a 2 level building in Papakura. I have constructed 3 apartments, 1 office tenancy and a retail tenancy. Tiles are need in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry of each apartment. I also need tiles laid in the entry to the building (lobby) and one external deck (4m x 2m) Waterproofing will need to be done also. Total tiled area is 60 square metres. I have chosen tiles which I will get from Heritage tiles.

Replacement of wind damaged external porch wall. Simple construction, framing with upper section glazed and lower section panelled. Probably requires replacement of rotten wood under roof area which weakened integrity of original structure.

Full outside painting, part new weatherboards part old. Two tone paint scheme outside and inside approx 270sqm house. Our renovation is underway at present, painter needed to start in 3 to 4 weeks. Scafolding is in place.

Patched gib on ceiling needs plastering and painting ASAP

Newly patched section of ceiling gib needs plastering and painting. Celing is 3300mm high, good access as it's in a foyer/entrance way to flats. Patch is one sheet of 2700mm Fyreline gib cut to 1500mm and 1200mm next to each other (3.24 square metres).Very tidy patch job, easy job for plasterer. Also one patch in bathroom wall to be plastered and painted too. 400mmx200mm. Need it painted too. Job to be completed asap please.

Just a small job, but we have a large mirror which is quite heavy that we are wanting hung on the lounge wall. We are too scared to do it ourselves in case we damage the wall as we rent. Just looking for a quote to see how much this would cost.

Have no ready to go plans but my ideas are pretty fixed and would like to talk through what it would cost me. We have recently moved in a house in Pakakowhai, Porirua. When we had the building report done the builder noticed that the wooden support beams for the front balcony need to be replaced or strengthened. He estimated the cost of the job would be around $1000. The balcony is on the 2nd story, is 1m wide and about 7m long.

We have had a Pergola already built, with a louverTec system been installed. We require a builder or roofer to Install the flashing over the top of the Pergola. Four lengths of Colour Steel flashing @ 4m need to be placed, screwed and corners cut, siliconed and joined. After a 100m (Approx) of timber pailing fence with caping to be built on flat land in Bell Block. Would like either 1.5m or 1.8 heigh so please quote on both options. Hi, I have recently bought a TV with freeview built in and I would like to get the freeview connected via the aerial on the roof. However their are to cables in the living room one goes to the satellite and one goes to the aerial I'm not 100% sure which is which, but i'm guessing that the one with the end cut off is the aerial cable (see Pics). A section of my back fence has fallen off due to the heavy wind a few weeks ago. I need this re-fitted asap for privacy and security. The fence material is corrugated iron. The section which fall down is about 2 metres high, 75cm wide. The section of fence is still in good condition and does not need replacing, just reattaching with new bolts.
