The house is 65m2 in floor area to give you an idea of the size. I would like to get the painting done preferably on the weekend I take possession - June 23/24th so the house will be relatively empty.

Power Point not Working in Recently Purchased House

Posted 7 years ago

I bought a 1950s state house as an investment property a week ago and have just had tenants move in. Them have just told me a couple of power points are not working. I am unsure what the problem is. However both power points share a common wall so are most likely hooked up to the same connection. I did notice there was a fuse missing from the fuse box. I took out one of the other fuses and put it in the empty fuse slot however that did not change anything.

New Build - Plastering

Posted 7 years ago

My house build is underway. It is 290m2 and 74% of the exterior walls are glass, so I need an excellent Level 5 paint finish. The stud is 2.4m and the house is pretty standard single level....no odd or irregular area's other than 2 x angle walled cupboards. Gib-groove reveals and no skirting - coved instead. We expect to be plastering in late June early July.

Internal Garage to Bedroom Conversion
