insullation/ reduce dampness under house
Job description
One corner of my house is REALLY close to the ground. When it rains I smell dampness. I'd like a solution. You can get under the rest of the house. Not that bit. I have also posted about fixing a guttering problem but I don't think that is a complete solution. Oh and another thing - I'd like to get some bats installed above a bedroom.

Confusing to deal with. Im still not sure if they have finished. Very poor communication.

"Unfortunately our communication was bad for we felt that the ECCA authority was dealing directly with you. We have booked to assess the job done and to rectify any issues. This will be done when you return from holiday in 2 weeks. We apologise."
