  1. From your homepage click through to ‘My business’.
  2. On this page you can update business details such as your primary contact, business description and quote terms.
  3. Information stored on this page is used to create your businesses public profile. You can view this by clicking on the ‘view public profile’ button at the top of the page.

  1. From your homepage click through to ‘My insurance’.
  2. On this page you can upload a copy of your insurance certificate.
  3. Our customer service team will review your document and when approved, it will show on your public profile and homeowners will see you hold current insurance.

 

[gap]How to update the trades you’re subscribed to

  1. From your homepage click through to ‘My trades’.
  2. To turn off a trade category, such as Plumbing, click the ‘disable all’ button next to the heading.
  3. To turn on or off sub trades within the category, click the on/off button next to the sub trade, such as ‘Blocked Drains’.

 

[gap]How to add trades you’re subscribed to

  1. From your homepage click through to ‘My trades’.
  2. Search for the trade in search box and click on it.
  3. You’ll then see this on your page and you can update the sub trades within that trade that you are subscribed to.
  4. To turn on or off sub trades within the category, click the on/off button next to the sub trade.

  1. From your homepage click through to ‘My locations’.
  2. Select the regions and cities you service from the drop down menu.
  3. You can refine the areas you have selected by turning on and off areas within the region.

  1. From your homepage click through to ‘Lead settings’.
  2. You can then pause your leads, turn leads on / off and change the price range for the job leads you are interested in.
