I organised a proper tradesman to come and complete a few simple jobs. Ended up doing a lot of damage at same time and well over charging the time it should have taken her to complete the job. When I phoned re the 5 hours charged they also told me they didn't expect her to be so long and agreed to only invoice me 2 hours, once I explained the damage the tradeswoman did while at my property they wiped my invoice. They made a wrong right and that's what matters at the end of the day.
