Tiling in new bathroom

I have a bathroom renovation currently in progress and am seeking an experienced tiler for floor and wall tiling. Floor area is ~8.5sqm and I will be using large floor tiles ( --- ). Wall tiling for 2 walls will be around a shower, toilet, vanity, window and fan, ~12sqm total area. Probably requires 2 seperate phases - floor first, then walls after plumber has installed shower etc. The floor is an older concrete slab with some imperfections so may require some levelling/smoothing
