Ceiling Access

We have a combination ceiling height house, standard and victorian. The current ceiling access is narrow and has a secondary access in the ceiling to get through to the front part of the house, which is victorian stud. We would like a decent access with stair/ladder to make it easier for insulation purposes and future storage.
