Attic stairs installation

Hi Looking for someone who could install some attic stairs and build a storage area in our roof. I’ve kind of started the job but ran out of time. Have purchased a Selwood stair kit and cut out the gib in the ceiling only to discover the original ceiling still above it. We have a 3m high ceiling . There is a roof access point in a bathroom. We also want to install an extractor through the roof to connect the bathroom and kitchen rangehood extractors as these have been vented into the roof space which is now causing mould to form. Thanks
