Attic stairs installed in 60’s house.

I would like a --- attic stairs installed. Location is in the hallway, above is standing room for a future storage area, ceiling is all gib. 5m from the current manhole. Average conditions up there. Will need some additional framing built to support the stairs. Was just looking at the mid range timber folding attic stairs. No lights or pluming in the area.
