Roof clean and gutter replacement

Hi, I got a building report strongly recommending a few things be addressed. I'm including a few items in here, so please let me know if you're not quoting for everything. Tiles - some tiles out of alignment, cracking in the mortar beneath ridge and hip caps and missing mortar Please realign tiles, and apply mortar as necessary. It seems to be a reasonably minor quantity. There is some valley tray surface rust. Please treat. Also, please clean, moss proof, and seal the whole roof. Inside the roof, the flashing around the vent pipe needs repair. Also, some rafter and ridge board repair is required. Finally, please also quote for replacing all the guttering and downpipes with standard PVC. The gutters are approx 55m around the house. There's also a cracked stormwater riser -please let me know if you can repair it. thanks, Jeremy
