Hey there, Not sure whether the photos are displayed in the order they're uploaded, but I annotated the last one to to illustrate the issues. 1. Downpipe Addition: The end of the gutter furthest from the existing downpipe overflows in heavy rain - even after a clean (the four, blue downwards arrows). Testing with a level shows the gutter's sloping in the correct direction, so it seems that adding an additional downpipe that connects to the existing downpipe is the way to go. I've illustrated this with a red line. 2. Gutter Repair: We have two persistent drips at the other end of the gutter - these drips occur even in light rain (the buckets are placed in the drip location). This section has been resealed twice, but doesn't seem to have worked. Looking at having some flashing to be added and sealed instead now. Thanks in advance, Mark
