Replace part of a flat profile roof
Job description
Product used is Diamondeck 400 . Flat roof over lower part of house (accessable by step ladder) needs to be replaced an area of approx. 5715mm by 2800mm .One skylight to work around and flashing needs to be done. Once roof is off insulation would be put in . Roof has to mate up to existing roof which continues out over garage and profile will do this ok. Was leaking over winter but stopped up quickly so possibility of some framing work if damaged .I will supply materials can get flashing made and am available as labour to assist. Need to order roofing and flashing and will do once builder booked
