Basic bathroom renovation Birkenhead unit
Job description
Replace shower over bath, adding a shower screen and replacing taps. Replace the 750mm wide vanity and tapware. Replace the medicine cabinet with another mirrored unit. Replace some wall linings on one wall with new gib. I'll also be looking for plastering, painting of walls and ceiling and new lino but would accept just the plumbing and building work in one quote. The unit is a rental and very basic so good quality basic fittings rather than high end fittings make sense.

Excellent work. Great communication. William did a great job of recommending solutions to the bathroom's problems, choosing fixtures, doing the work and communication with me. The work took a little longer than we'd agreed (four weeks rather than three) but he kept in touch during that time and always responded quickly to phone calls or emails. Highly recommended.
