I have planned drawings currently in council for consent and need a registered builder to perform the structural changes for me while I myself do the minor work. A couple of walls go out, one room divided into two, closing porch off and moving a window are the main aspects of this small renovation job. Up to 2 full weeks work available from 4 december if not earlier depending on council. Let me know your hourly rate please.
