Kitchen modification to resume normal bench height

Hi there 😊 I live in an 8 yr old house built by Generation Homes and have called it home for 3 years. The previous owner was in a wheelchair and one of the kitchen benches is lower than the other. I would like the bench raised to normal height - this includes the induction coocktop, raise the rangehood, have cupboards/drawers build under the bench, a shelf/bracket placed on the wall for the microwave, and a basket system installed in the pantry. Open to ideas and am mindful some tiling may be needed 😊
