Bathroom/Toilet upgrade

The bathroom is about 2m x 3m and needs all new fitting, we are buying all the fittings but need a builder and plumber to fit them for us. The toilet room is about 1m x 3m and just needs the toilet replaced which we will also buy ahead of time. We want down light put in both room and again we will get these ahead of time. If any of the walls or ceiling need gib stopping we will require this to be done also. The bathroom floor has tiles and they will need to be replaced due to the renovation and we will replace these ourselves after the job is complete. We will also do any painting of walls, ceiling etc
