Small bathroom fix up
Job description
We have an existing tiled shower cubicle which was not properly waterproofed, and has subsequently leaked through the grouting, rotting the floor below. We want to remove the cubicle and existing vanity which is attached, repair the floor and replace it with a new acrylic shower unit and a wall hung vanity. The dimensions of the cubicle are approx 1000 by 1000 and the vanity is approx 750 wide. We are intending on reflooring the exisiting lino with similar, and we will complete the painting. We are hoping to avoid relining the walls where possible, minimising gib stopping, as we are working on a tight budget. We will need plumbing as required, taps fitted, wastes connection and a new shower head put in. Remember, we are on a tight budget.

Simon did a great job on our bathroom at a good price. He was very quick to come and give us a quote and was good at communicating with us, he was easy to get hold of and was happy to answer any questions we had. I would definitely use Prime Building services again
