Kitchen and Bathroom refresh - urgent
Job description
Hello! I need to get a small apartment renovated ASAP. Primarily it needs: * New kitchen installed (I have a kitset from Kaboodle I will order once job confirmed and we confirm measurements). Kitchen plumbing is staying in the same place, layout is the same as exists currently. Will need existing kitchen to be removed, including pantry door and shelves (as that is where the fridge will go in the new design), walls prepped, new kitset cabinetry installed, plumbing reconnected, and tiled backsplash put in. * New bathroom installed - a simple replace of existing fittings with new ones, in the same place as current fixtures. Will need existing bathroom removed, walls prepped, new fittings installed and plumbed in, tiling on the floor and walls * I also would like 3 existing internal walls that are concrete block to be either plastered over and painted, or preferably covered with jib - will need to understand the impact on room dimensions for this as there isn't a lot of room, so am keen to discuss options. * New paint throughout apartment (it is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, the rooms are quite small) * I also need laminate floorboards to be laid and new light fittings to be put in the ceiling - I am currently planning to contract these out separately but if you can also do them, that would be even better! The attached picture shows the current kitchen, and you can also see the block walls on the right hand side that I want to cover. I have also attached a picture of the new kitchen design. It is a very small apartment. It is currently occupied but the work can start anytime from now. It will be vacant from approx. 27th June, and I am keen to have the work completed within 3 weeks of that date, to enable it to be rented out prior to end of July. If there are any bits you think I can do myself (that don't require a lot of skill!) to help speed it up, happy to discuss and come up with a plan. I have a second property that also needs work done on, so there is also the potential for a follow on job, but will look at scoping that once the Ellerslie apartment is ready for rental.

Would highly recommend. Clear communication through the project, very responsive, and able to provide great advice / guidance on cost effective options. It did take longer than planned but it was due to issues outside the teams control. Will definitely be using them again.
