Replace and extend residential drain
Job description
Work in with front fence contractor. Replace clay drain - ideally through subsurface thrust &expand to minimize tree damage. Approx 20m plus tee to existing (disused) bath- but instead of just sink and shower add a toilet drain. Access will be good (ie floor removed)

Great job. everyone working on it was professional and diligent. They dealt with challenging weather and tight conditions around our house with aplomb. When they found leaking water supply, they got their plumber out the same day to lay a new line in the open trench. Whole project wrapped in two and a half days. Couldn't be happier.
