New vehicle crossing and 2x concrete drives to boundary

We have one formed vehicle crossing, and want to make a 2nd vehicle crossing off Champion St. RC approved. Scope of works is for 2nd (new) crossing ie cut out existing concrete curbing and concrete footpath then replace with new. Then prep ground and concrete the driveway over the grass berm to the boundary of the property. Area for both sides of the driveway loop is 55m2. Construct a new vehicle crossing in compliance with PCC's Code of Land Development and Subdivision 2010 and PCC specification 12b as outlined at --- - transport/working-road-corridor/vehicle-crossing/#plan Corridor Access Request request and TMP will be required. Work can be done June/July
