Landscape Retaining Walls (Below 1.5m)
Auckland

Following last January's rains, the current concrete retaining wall has cracked and bulged indicating imminent need for wooden replacement. Scope of works include: - excavate current concrete retaining wall and remove unwanted spoil to the tip - mark out and drill new post holes (approx 1m centres; 2m deep and 400mm diameter); remove drilling spoil to tip - supply 25mpa concrete / concrete pump for installing braced 200mm H5 timber retaining posts - supply and screw on 150 x 50mm H4 boarding - supply and place 100mm drainage coil and scoria behind the new wall and backfill with general spoil and 200mm topsoil final layer - clean up all spoil and contractor rubbish to finish Dimensions of short wall: 3m long; 0.7-1.3m high Dimensions of long wall: 7.5m long; 1.3m high Site visit is required for the preparation of a quote Verified membership of the Master Builder's Association is critical
