Custom Glass Top for Computer Desk

I just purchased a computer desk and need a glass top for it. The glass needs to be resistent to shattering as I need to clamp things to the top of desk, which means the clamp will go on top of the glass also. The computer desk also has two holes for cables to go through, and I'll want the glass to have holes that perfectly align over those holes. Other details: looking for clear glass and edges of the glass should be rounded. NOTE: I tried uploading photos, but I don't think it's working.
