Toilet window

My toilet window in one of my rentals has came loose. Its not the framework but the sliding hinges that appear to be at fault. It appears that the screws holding the sliders in place have snapped off. Im not sure if the other side/frame/hinges is needed to be removed for the job to be done? replace both hinges might be logical.
