Concrete slabs for pergola

We require two concrete slabs for future pergola. This needs to be done before we can get our grass area replaced with artificial grass. The pergola post is 150 x 150 However, to be safe each concrete foundation needs to be 400 x 400. Picture 1 height is to be 30mm from retaining wall height as shown Picture 2 height is to be level with other concrete foundation height. We would like this done within the next couple of days.
