46m long stepped post and rail timber fence along boundary to replace existing fence. Mainly 1.8 - 2m high with small area higher. Existing fence height is consented. Vertical overlapping palings. Existing fence will be removed as you go. Boundary pegs on site. Additionally about 15m retaining wall on same boundary with max height of about 0.8m. Drawing available.
