Timber fence building job

Kia ora! I'm looking to get a fence built which separates two neighbours on a cross lease section. The fence runs between the front gardens and is not a boundary fence. The property's services are located at the rear of the units so no concerns about working close to services/drains etc. The section is flat and area is easily accessible a part from two trees which are sitting close to the fence line. We would be ideally looking to get someone to help us trim these trees branches (small branches) back and build the fence. Photos attached of existing fence to see its style. New fence to be built would need to be estimated height 1.9m and length 12m. There is an existing low fence that would need removing. Any salvageable palings could be re -used.
