Fence Replacement

Replacement of current fencing in four parts, including a long boundary fence. Current fencing is at least 25 years old and may date back to when the property was constructed in 1973. It is definitely at the end of its life, with existing panel damage and some of the wood rotting. Please note: We've had the panels tested and they do contain asbestos, requiring appropriate precautions during removal. We're open to suggestions on what kind of replacement to put in place - looking for something cost-effective and easy maintenance, ideally looking equally good from both properties. I prefer dealing with a single point of contact, so the job includes removal of existing fences, safe disposal of all debris, construction and painting of new fencing. Boundary Fence: Approximately 30m long, between adjacent properties Made up of 12 panels, each approximately 2.4m wide, divided into two. Lawn Fence - Rear Approximately 11m, across the back of our rear lawn Constructed over the top of existing panel fencing. Note: One or two asbestos panels remain behind the wood. Lawn Fence - Side Approximately 5m, between lawn and driveway Existing fence already safely removed Lawn Fence - Front Approximately 2.5m wide, adjacent to garage, between lawn and driveway Existing fence already safely removed Other details Pricing for the boundary fence needs to be broken out separately so that I can negotiate a degree of cost sharing with our neighbour. We'd also like to include gate installation between the front and side lawn fences.
