Tile cut and new power outlet install in bathroom

Looking for a new single power outlet to be installed in our bathroom near the toilet for a future bidet upgrade. Existing tiles on the bathroom wall will need to be cut, and the adjacent room walls are currently open. Should I get gib up prior to this job getting done then I've predrilled holes and a string guide so cable can be pulled easily from the nearby heated towel rail outlet either way. Cheers
