Electrical Upgrade

Switchboard/Meterbox Upgrade -Disconnections + removeal of old asbestos switchboard -Installation of new recessed 45 way meterbox/switchboard combo -Connections of all existing circuits, new circuits, + allowance for future circuits -Allowance for Vector/Inspection fees -Allowance for new main earthing system -Certificate of Compliance -Test and commission New Double Power Outlets -Supply and install new double power outlets throughout first half of house -Allow for 2 x double power outlets per bedroom, some rooms already have new outlets with new wiring -Either PDL Iconic or Legrand Excel Life outlets (TBC) -All labour and materials included -Test and commission *No allowance for any gib patching required Supply + Install New Power Outlet Partial Rewire + Switchgear Upgrade -Partial rewire of house. Rewire of any existing rubber or cloth cabling for power and lighting circuits throughout front half of house. Any old wiring supplying back half of house will be reconnected to new switchboard and removed at a later date when renovations commence Replace all existing power outlets + light switches with new switch plates. Either PDL Iconic or Legrand Excel Life outlets (TBC) -Test and commission
